Minutes of proceedings [non-document] The Court conducted a case management conference on September 14, 2026. Plaintiff Heather Bednar attended with Attorney Taurean Shattuck. Defendant Ohio Machinery Co.'s representative, Stefanie Kincaid-Tucker, attended with Attorney Karina Conley. The Court discussed the discovery necessary for the parties to prepare for mediation and scheduled an in-person mediation for January 8, 2027, at 9:00am EST in Courtroom 18B. All parties (with full settlement authority) and counsel are required to attend. Position papers must be submitted and exchanged by 12:00 p.m. on January 6, 2027. Counsel should e-mail the position papers to Law Clerk Carrie Roush (carrie_roush@ohnd.uscourts.gov). If the parties would like to keep any information confidential, that should be reflected in the e-mail. The Court instructed the parties to continue to exchange offers and demands prior to the mediation. The position papers should notify the Court of the parties' latest offer and demand.
