Order: The Parties' Joint Stipulation and Motion to Facilitate Notice and to Approve the Parties' Proposed Notice and Consent Form (the "Joint Motion") (Doc. No. 23 ) is GRANTED as follows. This Court hereby APPROVES the form and substance of the proposed Notice (Doc. No. 23-1) and Consent to Join Form (Doc. No. 23-2). Together, these documents constitute the "Notice Packet." Given the Parties' agreement, within thirty (30) days of this Court's entry of this Order, Defendant Olympic Steel, Inc. shall provide the agreed-upon third-party administrator (the "Administrator") a list (in Microsoft Office Excel format) containing the names, last known addresses (including zip code), personal mobile telephone numbers, dates of employment, and locations worked, of the Potential Opt-In Plaintiffs. This Court hereby ORDERS the Administrator to send the Notice Packet, via First Class U.S. Mail and text message, to the Potential Opt-In Plaintiffs within fourteen (14) days of receiving the list from Defendant. The Potential Opt-In Plaintiffs shall have sixty (60) days from the date the Notice Packet is sent to return their Consent to Join Form and opt-in to this case. The Court hereby denies Defendant's Motion to Dismiss/Strike (Doc. No. 19 ) without prejudice subject to refiling. Defendant will not be required to respond to the First Amended Complaint pending further Order of the Court. Judge Pamela A. Barker on 9/1/2026.(P,K)
