MINUTE ORDER: The Court GRANTS the 27 request to set a status conference. The conference is set for August 10, 2026, at 10:30 AM before Magistrate Judge Maritza Dominguez Braswell. The conference will be conducted via video using the attached instructions. The deadline for Plaintiff to respond to the 26 Order to Show Cause remains in place. The parties are on notice that stays pending dismissal motions are disfavored. To the extent the parties nevertheless seek such a stay, they must file a motion to stay addressing the factors set forth in String Cheese Incident, LLC v. Stylus Shows, Inc., 2006 WL 894955 at *2 (D. Colo. Mar. 30, 2006). Any such motion must be filed no later than August 4, 2026.
