Nos. 24 , 25 ] by Judge Anne Hwang: The Court GRANTS in part Plaintiffs Motion for Entry of Default Judgment in part. The Court enters judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant on all causes of action, and orders as follows: Defendant is ordered to remove from the Defendant's websites and online storefronts any reference to any OMPI products or any of the OMPI trademarks. Defendant is enjoined. Defendant must destroy or return to OMPI all products bearing the OMPI Trademarks that are in the Defendant's possession custody or control. Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff damages in the amount of $2,052,389.23. (jp)
