   MINUTE entry before the Honorable John J. Tharp, Jr: Upon review of the amended notice of removal 10 , it still fails to adequately plead subject matter jurisdiction. The notice of removal asserts jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332; however, the notice of removal does not include sufficient information to assess the claims of citizenship of the defendants. Defendants' allegations about the John W. Rutledge Revocable Trust are insufficient. A trust takes the citizenship of each of its members, not its trustee. Americold Realty Tr. v. Conagra Foods, Inc., 577 U.S. 378, 379 (2016); RTP LLC v. ORIX Real Est. Cap., Inc., 827 F.3d 689, 691-92 (7th Cir. 2016). Additionally, the amended notice of removal does not identify the members of Oxford 127 Huron Hotel Venture Property Company, LLC and therefore does not affirmatively allege each member's citizenship. Accordingly, the defendants are granted leave to amend to address this issue by 8/5/26. Failure to timely and adequately amend may result in remand of the case.
