TEXT ORDER: Letter Motion 9 is GRANTED insofar as and to the extent that: The Rule 16 Initial Conference scheduled for 11/4/2026 at 2:30 p.m. remains as scheduled for 11/4/2026 at 2:30 p.m., and will be held IN PERSON in Binghamton, New York before Magistrate Judge Miroslav Lovric. IN PERSON appearances are required. The Civil Case Management Plan must be filed and Mandatory Disclosures are to be exchanged by the parties on or before 10/28/2026. Pursuant to Local Rule 26.2, mandatory disclosures are to be exchanged among the parties but are NOT to be filed with the Court. Plaintiff is directed to file on the docket an affidavit of service within 5 days of completion of service on each Defendant. See G.O. 25 FILING ORDER. All parties are directed to include with each filing an affidavit of service demonstrating that they have mailed to each pro se party their filing since a pro se party will not receive CMECF filings otherwise.
