Order Dismissing Case
ORDER that the Court GRANTS Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 15 ) and DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE Plaintiff's Amended Complaint. The Court further finds that Plaintiff's claims suffer from fundamental deficiencies and that any further amendment of these claims would be futile. As such, the Court will not permit Plaintiff to further amend his pleadings. Should Plaintiff desire to appeal, written notice of appeal must be filed with the Clerk of the Cou11 within thirty (30) days of the date of entry hereof.
