Judgment is entered in favor of Kinsale Insurance Company and against FFAH Carver Gardens, PK Management, Alaquana Wells, Aariona Williams, and Dontel Taylor. The court finds and declares that Kinsale Insurance Company owes FFAH Carver Gardens and PK Management no duty to defend or indemnify as to claims asserted against them by Alaquana Wells, Aariona Williams, and Dontel Taylor in connection with the April 2022 fire."
