Errata (to be used by filers)
Errata re 94 Motion to Extend Time by UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Reason for Correction: Correcting proposed date for Mediation. (Attachments: # 1 Proposed Order) (Colville, Michael)
Order on Motion to Extend Time
ORDER GRANTING 94 Joint Motion to Extend Time to Conclude Mediation and Depositions of Experts. On 1/16/2026, the Court ordered the parties to complete mediation by 9/7/2026 and set various deadlines for the parties to conduct expert depositions. See ECF No. 83. Now, in the 94 Joint Motion, the parties seek to extend their deadline to complete mediation until 11/16/2026 and to extend all expert deposition deadlines until 90 days after the date of mediation, averring that such extension is necessary for the parties to have sufficient time "to obtain appropriate settlement authority." The Court finds that good cause exists for the requested extensions. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the 94 Joint Motion is GRANTED and the parties shall conduct mediation on or before 11/16/2026. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all expert depositions in this case are to be complete by 2/15/2026, if the case does not settle in mediation.. Signed by Judge Christy Criswell Wiegand on 8/7/2026. Text-only entry; no PDF document will issue. This text-only entry constitutes the Order of the Court or Notice on the matter. (jcs)
