TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of: (1) the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit's Order dismissing Plaintiff Aaron Abadi's ("Plaintiff") appeal for lack of jurisdiction (ECF No. 56 ); and (2) Plaintiff's correspondence (ECF No. 55 ) requesting that the Court reinstate the matter, and consider his Motion to Allow Appeal of Magistrate Judge's Decision ("Motion to Appeal") (ECF No. 50 ). The Court hereby orders that the Clerk shall: (1) reinstate the matter to the active docket; and (2) reinstate Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 39 ). The Court, however, previously denied Plaintiff's Motion to Appeal (ECF No. 52 ). To the extent that Plaintiff's correspondence requests that the Court reconsider its decision denying Plaintiff's Motion to Appeal, that request is denied. So Ordered by Judge Michael A.
