ORDER: terminating 105 Letter Motion for Conference re: 105 LETTER MOTION for Conference re: 90 Case Management Plan, Request to Confirm Remote Proceedings on October 13, 2026 or in the Alternative to Permit Remote Appearances addressed to Judge Paul A. Engelmayer from Ashley A. LeBlanc. On May 1, 2026, this Court stated in its second revised case management plan that the October 13 conference would take place in person. Dkt. 90 at 3. On August 6, 2026 this Court reaffirmed that "the oral argument... remain[ s] as stated in the revised case management plan." Dkt. 101 at 2. Defendant's live appearance in accordance with the Court's orders is integral to the productivity of the conference. The Court thus adjourns the conference to November, 4, 2026, at 10 am.
