Re: 106 Motion to Seal and 109 Response to 102 Order on Stipulation.
Having considered Defendants Bellagio, LLC; Nevada Property 1 LLC; Mandalay Bay Resort Group LLC; MGM Grand Hotel LLC; and MGM Grand Propco LLC's response (ECF No. 109 ), the Court finds that Defendants have shown compelling reasons to seal the unredacted version of Plaintiff's amended complaint both attached to her motion to amend (ECF No. [82-1]) and filed on the docket (ECF No. 105 ). See Ctr for Auto Safety v. Chrysler Group, LLC, 809 F.3d 1092 (9th Cir. 2016); see Kamakana v. City and County of Honolulu, 447 F.3d 1172 (9th Cir. 2006). Defendants have convincingly argued that revealing the redacted material could harm their business, reveal trade secrets, and compromise guest safety. So, the Court will keep ECF Nos. [82-1] and 105 under seal and will grant Plaintiff's motion to seal (ECF No. 106 ).
IT IS SO ORDERED.
