STIPULATION AND ORDER: Pursuant to a final settlement agreement, made and entered into as of June 26, 2025, the undersigned counsel for Plaintiffs and for Defendant Nicola Guarna ("Guarna," and with Plaintiffs, the "Parties") hereby stipulate that the above-captioned action is dismissed as to Guarna, but not as to any other Defendant, without prejudice, without costs, and without fees. The settlement of this case as against Guarna (the "Settlement") will be consummated on or before December 29, 2025, and, from and after the date the Settlement is consummated, on or before December 29, 2025, and, from and after the date the Settlement is consummated, the dismissal of the case as to Guarna will be with prejudice.
