The Court heard oral arguments on Plaintiff's Motion for Leave for Putative Class Members to Proceed Pseudonymously and to Extend the Fact Discovery Deadline [Dkt. 203]. The Court ruled in part as follows: By 08/13/2026, Defendant is to determine whether they have provided all contact information for the 12 individuals identified in the 06/03/2026 production and either produce any supplemental information or certify that that have produced all information in their possession as it relates to those 12 individuals. If Defendant provides supplemental information, discovery will be extended through 09/14/2026 for the limited purpose of allowing Plaintiff to review the new production. As the Court cautioned the parties, there will be no further extension of the fact discovery deadline; the Court will strike any future motion to extend the fact discovery deadline that is filed by the parties. By 08/31/2026, Plaintiff is to submit supplemental materials to Judge Holleb Hotaling's chambers email, Chambers_HollebHotaling@ilnd.uscourts.gov, for an in-camera review to support Plaintiff's motion which identify the following: (1) the putative class members who seek to proceed pseudonymously; (2) whether the putative class member alleges that she/he was sexually assaulted, and if not, what facts support the basis to proceed pseudonymously; and (3) the specific harm the putative class member is alleging will occur if their identity is made public.
