ORDER: As discussed with the parties over email, the parties shall file proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law regarding Defendant's estoppel affirmative defense. The Court prefers a joint submission, especially with respect to the factual findings, with differences outlined in similar fashion to the joint jury instructions. If the parties find a joint submission untenable, the Court will accept distinct filings. In addition, if Plaintiffs would like to file a five-page brief in light of Defendant's brief and the prior schedule, 171 191 , the Court will accept this briefing for fairness purposes. Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law shall be due June 26, 2026. Ordered by Judge Amy M. Baggio. (jp)
