Rule 16 Conference
MINUTES of Proceedings: Rule 16 Conference held. Discovery is to be completed by 6/11/2027. Dispositive Motions are due by 7/16/2027. Joint Alternate Dispute Resolution Report is due by 8/11/2027. Discovery disputes between the parties, if any, should first be brought to the attention of the court via email to see if an informal resolution can be reached.
