MINUTES OF ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO REMAND 11 by Judge Stephen V. Wilson. For the foregoing reasons, the Court finds that Defendant has met its burden of establishing subject matter jurisdiction by a preponderance of the evidence.
