ORDER. On June 22, 2026, the Court conducted a status conference to discuss proceeding to discovery pending a ruling on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 6). Plaintiff appeared through counsel, Barry R. Grissom. Defendant appeared through counsel, R. Scott Beeler and Brett C. Randol. The Court postpones the Fed. R. Civ. P.16 scheduling conference and formal discovery until after the pending Motion to Dismiss has been decided by the District Judge. In the meantime, however, the parties shall exchange Rule 26(a)(1)(A) initial disclosures by 7/10/2026, and provide pdf copies of the same to the undersigned at ksd_birzer_chambers@ksd.uscourts.gov by that date. And, the parties shall exchange the documents identified in their initial disclosures by 7/31/2026.
