Jantz: This case has been referred to Judge Jantz for discovery supervision (including the authority to set, adjust, and extend all deadlines) and to conduct a settlement conference, if requested by the parties 18 , 19 . The Court has reviewed the parties' Initial Joint Status Report 17 and sets the following discovery schedule: 1) Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures are due to issue by 5/7/2026; 2) written discovery requests to be issued by 5/22/2026; 3) fact discovery to be completed by 1/22/2027. Any other deadlines will be set upon the completion of fact discovery, if necessary. The parties shall call in for a telephonic status hearing on 7/8/26 at 11:15 am to discuss the progress of discovery and settlement talks. Members of the public and media will be able to call in to listen to this hearing. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings.
