   AGREED ORDER GRANTING INTERPLEADER AND DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE: After reviewing the stipulation and applicable law, the Court finds that plaintiffs are entitled to interpleader relief. It is therefore ordered that plaintiffs' claim for interpleader is granted. It is further ordered that, except as noted above, plaintiff's, the Trustee, 321 Henderson, and Scott are each responsible for the attorney's fees and court costs, if any, they have each incurred herein.It is further ordered that all remaining claims, demands, debts, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the Disputed Payments or any previous payments made under the Annuity, whether asserted or assertable herein, between and among plaintiffs, the Trustee, 321 Henderson, and/ or Scott are dismissed with prejudice.
