ORDER: Having considered DHR's motion and Sequel's response, the court DENIES DHR's motion to quash. (Doc. 87 ). The court finds that requiring an in-camera review of the records would be unnecessary and further finds that the existing protective order governing the use of documents relating to Ms. Doe, (doc. 24 ), adequately addresses DHR's concerns about releasing confidential information. So the court ORDERS DHR to respond to Sequel's subpoena on or before May 28, 2026. For the reasons within, the court ORDERS the party requesting documents, and any party requesting copies thereof, to compensate DHR for the reasonable cost of producing the documents as set out in Ala.
