MINUTE ORDER: The Court recently granted Defendant Omega Wireless LLC's 49 consent motion for an extension of time to file a response to the complaint in this matter. Under the Court's order, Defendants must respond to the complaint by October 30; Plaintiff-Relator must respond to any motions to dismiss by November 30; and Defendants must reply by December 14. See Minute Order, September 16, 2026. A paralegal from Plaintiff-Relator's counsel's office left a voicemail with chambers to report that after they docketed a 50 waiver of service for Defendant Glenmede Trust Company, the Court's electronic filing system automatically entered docket text which indicated that Glenmede Trust Company's answer would be due November 16. That date conflicts with the schedule the Parties agreed to and the Court ordered. The Court assumes that all Parties—including Defendants who have not yet appeared, but whose positions were represented in the 49 consent motion—still intend to adhere to the schedule ordered by the Court. The Parties should therefore disregard any answer dates that are automatically entered on the docket by the e-filing system, and instead continue to adhere to the answer and briefing dates set by the Court.
