Defendants report that they are in the process of retaining new counsel although it may take some time to work out whether the corporation and individual Defendant will have the same counsel. The First MOTION to Withdraw as Attorney 204 is granted and Defendants are granted a stay of 60 days to retain new counsel. Once new counsel files a notice of appearance, Mr. Munoz will be terminated as counsel of record. The Court will hold a telephone conference on August 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. All counsel and parties shall participate and connect to the conference through dial in number 571-353-2301 with ID #771869760. If no new counsel files a notice of appearance prior to the conference, Mr. Munoz must appear and provide contact information for Defendants before he will be terminated as counsel of record. Defendants were also specifically warned that the corporate Defendant must have counsel and cannot represent itself in Federal Court.
