Memorandum Opinion of the Court ~Util - Terminate Motions Order
MEMORANDUM & ORDER: For the reasons set forth herein, all three Objections will be overruled, and the underlying orders will be affirmed in their entirety. The plaintiff is encouraged to focus his attention on resolving his case on the merits. The plaintiff's Third Objection (Doc. No. 174 ) is OVERRULED, and the two underlying Orders (Doc. Nos. 171 , 173 ) are AFFIRMED. IV. CONCLUSION As set forth herein, the three sets of Objections (Doc. Nos. 129 , 140 , 174 ) are OVERRULED in their entirety, and the underlying non-dispositive Orders (Doc. Nos. 128 , 139 , 171 , 173 ) are AFFIRMED. The plaintiff's Emergency Motion to Stay (Doc.
