CLERK'S NOTES for Scheduling Conference held in-person before Judge Brian E. Murphy: Court reviews 21 Joint Statement submitted by the parties and modifies the schedule. Parties to report back if they would like a referral to the ADR program after conducting some discovery. If any discovery disputes arise, the Court can be available on short notice via Zoom. Counsel to further discuss the Defendant's proposal to admit to liability but limit the evidence to be entered at trial. Court suggests a Joint Trial Stipulation could be a remedy.
