DEFAULT JUDGMENT AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION: Good cause appearing, it is hereby ordered and adjudged as follows: Defendants shall pay to Plaintiff $2,570,000 in statutory damages and are jointly and severally liable for that amount; Defendants shall pay to Plaintiff post-judgment interest on the above amounts at a rate equal to the weekly average 1-year constant maturity Treasury yield for the calendar week preceding the date of the judgment, computed daily to the date of payment and comp ounded annually; Commencing on the "So Ordered" date of this Judgment and PermanentInjunction, Defendants and all of their agents, officers, employees, representatives, successors,assigns, attorneys, and all other persons acting for, with, by through or under authority from Defendants, or in concert or participation with Defendants, and each of them, are immediatelyand permanently enjoined from: and further set forth in this Order.
