TEXT ORDER: The parties' 16 Joint Motion to Amend/Correct the Scheduling Order and Continue the Trial Date is GRANTED. Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4), a scheduling order "may be modified only for good cause and with the judge's consent." Based on the circumstances discussed in the parties' motion, Court finds good cause for the parties' request. Accordingly, the discovery schedule is now as follows: (1) the close of fact discovery is November 2, 2026; (2) all discovery shall be completed on or before November 2, 2026; and (3) dispositive motions shall be filed on or before December 14, 2026. A trial date, if necessary, will be set at the appropriate time. All deadlines set forth in the Court's October 2, 2025 Text Order are now VACATED. Entered by Magistrate Judge Ronald L.
