TEXT ORDER CLOSING CASE: On March 22, 2023, Plaintiff Iesiah Harris, on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated, filed a status report in this action which read in pertinent part "Plaintiffs respectfully request that the Court close this matter. The trustee of the liquidating trust which succeeded the Debtors' Chapter 11 estates is in the process of reviewing the proofs of claims in bankruptcy arising from this action and determining for which classes of claims funds will be available for distribution. The information already available indicates that there are insufficient funds to distribute to Plaintiff and the putative class in this matter." ECF No. 14. As no defendant has appeared in this case, the Court construes the status report as a Notice of Dismissal pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is direct to close this case. SO ORDERED.. Signed by Hon. Charles J. Siragusa on 4/11/23. (KAP)
