Pursuant to civil local rule 67.1(d), counsel shall submit a motion with proposed order to exonerate said bond and disburse funds held in the registry of the Court to the rightful owner or show cause why said funds cannot be disbursed. If no response, the funds, should they not be claimed and having remained on deposit for more than five years, will be deemed unclaimed funds.
