CLERK'S NOTICE SETTING PRE-SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE AND A IN-PERSON SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE.
Notice is hereby given to all parties that Magistrate Judge Lisa J. Cisneros will convene a telephonic pre-settlement conference to discuss timing and preparation for the settlement conference. Judge Cisneros anticipates that the phone call will last approximately 15-30 minutes. Lead Counsel for all parties shall participate.
The pre-settlement conference call shall take place on October 1, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. using Judge Cisneros's designated non-public Zoom Audio Conference. You will initially enter a "waiting room" and will be admitted into the meeting by court staff. The parties will receive an email from Judge Cisneros's Courtroom Deputy the day before the call with the dial-in information.
The in-person settlement conference will take place on October 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in San Francisco, Courtroom G, 15th Floor.
