If Plaintiff would like to have a conference regarding a briefing schedule for any motion for class certification, he shall file a letter on ECF requesting such a conference. Alternatively, the parties may present any arguments regarding the timing of class certification briefing in letters filed on ECF. The parties shall file the joint status letter by April 21, 2023.
