Order on Motion to Amend
Judge Brian E. Murphy: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered GRANTING in part Plaintiffs’ motion to extend the scheduling order. Defendants raise legitimate arguments in opposition to Plaintiffs’ proposed extension. See, e.g., Dkt. 196 at 4 (noting that several of the depositions for which Plaintiff seeks additional time are already scheduled to be completed within the existing discovery window). The Court finds that Plaintiffs have failed to demonstrate good cause for a 90-day extension, but will allow a 30-day extension of the scheduling order deadlines. No further extensions are anticipated. The status conference currently scheduled for June 11, 2026, will be rescheduled. (MBM)
