The Court heard argument on the motion on August 3, 2026, and took the matter under submission. (Mins., ECF No. 29 .) At the hearing on the motion, counsel for Plaintiff indicated that she is aware of a pending state court action that concerns issues similar to those raised in this action. Counsel for Plaintiff shall file a notice of supplemental authority identifying the name, docket number, and court in which the state court action is pending within seven days of entry of this Order. The Court will not consider any further argument concerning the pending motion or discussion of the authority. See, e.g., Alfred v. Walt Disney Co., No. CV 18-8074-CBM-(ASx), 2021 U.S. Dist.
