REDACTED VERSION of 641 Letter, by TwinStrand Biosciences, Inc., University of Washington. (Wilson, Samantha)
Order
ORAL ORDER: Having considered the parties' joint letter regarding bond modification (D.I. 641) and the parties' Proposed Final Judgment (D.I. 645), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, by no later than August 12, 2026, the parties shall meet and confer regarding the issues raised between the parties in the Proposed Final Judgment and attempt to reach agreement, and shall file an updated Proposed Final Judgment. The parties should also email a WORD version of the updated Proposed Final Judgment to gbw_civil@ded.uscourts.gov. To the extent the parties are unable to reach agreement on any issue, the parties shall include in their submission due on August 12, 2026 a joint letter addressing each issue that remains in dispute, wherein each party shall outline that partys reasons for its position and supporting authority. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall promptly begin the meet and confer process to avoid the submission of an updated Proposed Final Judgment that contains provisions wherein the parties have ongoing discussions over their positions and to properly account for the time to generate updated financial calculations, if necessary, regarding any issues that remain in dispute. ORDERED by Judge Gregory B. Williams on 7/8/2026. (lnb)
