Plaintiff Aaron Campise's individual claims are referred to binding arbitration before JAMS pursuant to the parties' Mutual Arbitration Agreement dated August 5, 2024; 2. This action is STAYED in its entirety pending completion of arbitration, including Plaintiff's PAGA claims; 3. The parties shall file a joint status report within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of arbitration proceedings. 4. Plaintiff shall file a joint status report no later than July 14, 2026, and every ninety days thereafter, unless otherwise ordered by the Court. Plaintiff is expressly warned that failure to comply with this Order may result in dismissal of this action without prejudice for failure to prosecute and comply with Court orders. Fed. R. Civ.
