Piantieri may well "strongly believe[]" he was denied an accommodation because he is Catholic. See Opp. at 6. But Piantieri's subjective belief that he was discriminated against, without sufficient evidence to support that belief, is not enough to defeat summary judgment and reach the jury. Accordingly, for the reasons set forth above, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED as to Plaintiff's Title VII claims and his NYCHRL discrimination claim. Plaintiff's remaining NYCHRL reasonable accommodation claims are DISMISSED without pre judice to refiling them in state court. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate Dkt. Nos. 41, 55, and 56, enter judgment for Defendants, and terminate this case. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Margaret M.
