Plaintiff moves for more time to file his in forma pauperis application and for clarification regarding why his prior application was incomplete. (ECF No. 18 ). But three days before the April 30, 2026, deadline Plaintiff filed a renewed application to proceed in forma pauperis, which is pending before the Court. (ECF No. 14 ). So, the Court DENIES his motion for an extension of time and for clarification (ECF No. 18 ) as MOOT.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the Clerk of Court is kindly directed to MAIL Plaintiff a copy of this minute order.
