ORDER denying without prejudice 6 Motion for Order to Show Cause. For the reasons stated on the record, Plaintiff's application for such an order is denied without prejudice. By August 27, 2026, each Defendant shall file an affidavit stating whether that Defendant has in its possession, custody, or control, any materials obtained from Plaintiff. Defendant Massaro shall also state whether she has at any time provided any such materials to Defendant Spring Fertility. The parties shall jointly file letters regarding any disputes as directed by my individual rules. See Individual Rule 2.E. Additionally, by August 27, 2026, the parties shall jointly file a recommended discovery schedule and hearing date for further proceedings. The Clerk of Court shall terminate ECF No. 6. SO ORDERED.
