ORDER DISMISSING ACTION by Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha: On September 10, 2026, the parties filed a Notice of Settlement, stating the parties had executed a final settlement in this action and Plaintiffs anticipated filing a stipulation to dismiss the action with prejudice after satisfaction of the terms of settlement 223 . Having considered the Notice and finding good cause therefor, the court hereby ORDERS: 1. All deadlines governing this action are VACATED. All pending Motions and Applications (Dkts. 163 , 164 , 170 , 175 , 196 , 199 , 214 , 219 ) are DENIED without prejudice as moot. 2. The court DISMISSES the action without prejudice. The court retains jurisdiction to vacate this Order and to reopen the action within sixty (60) days from the date of this Order. 3. This Order does not preclude the filing of a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41, which does not require approvalof the court.(Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (lc)
