Experian's informal request for an award of attorney fees is denied. This case is dismissed with prejudice. Plaintiff Isaac Opiyo's informal request for discovery (Filing No. 62) pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(d) is denied as moot. A separate judgment will issue.
