District Judge Angel Kelley: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. On May 1, 2026, Plaintiff NewRez LLC deposited the surplus funds at issue in this action with the Registry of the Court, in accordance with the Court’s Order of Final Partial Judgment. [Dkt. 79]. During a Status Conference on June 2, 2026, the parties raised no objection to NewRez’s request for discharge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2361 and the Court’s prior Order. [Dkt. 80]. Accordingly, NewRez is DISMISSED as a party to this action.(CEH)
