Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief
ORDER GRANTING 92 Motion to Appear Remotely. On 6/26/2026, the Court scheduled a hearing on Plaintiff's 87 Motion for Default Judgment for 7/15/2026 at 1:00 PM, in person in Courtroom 9B of the Joseph F. Weis, Jr. United States Courthouse in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Now, in the 92 Motion, Plaintiffs counsel requests permission to appear remotely at the hearing, averring that counsels in-person participation would be unduly burdensome and expensive, and that no Defendants are expected to appear at the hearing. The Court finds that there is good cause to grant the 92 Motion. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the 92 Motion is GRANTED, and Plaintiffs counsel may appear remotely at the hearing. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs counsels participation will be via Zoom, and the Court will provide access information in advance of the hearing. Signed by Judge Christy Criswell Wiegand on 6/30/2026. Text-only entry; no PDF document will issue. This text-only entry constitutes the Order of the Court or Notice on the matter. (drc)
