For the foregoing reasons, the Court DECLINES to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's state law claims. Plaintiff's Unruh Act, California Disabled Persons Act, California Health & Safety Code, and negligence claims are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Court also DISMISSES Plaintiff's complaint WITH LEAVE TO AMEND. Plaintiff must file an amended complaint within twenty-one (21) days of this Order.
