Text Order
TEXT ORDER: This matter having come before the Court by way of a July 8, 2026 telephone conference; and the Court having previously afforded to the parties numerous extensions of discovery and other deadlines (see ECF 26 , 28 , 30 , 38 , 47 , 49 , 55 ); and the Court in its April 21, 2026 letter order (ECF 57 ) and April 7, 2026 Amended Scheduling Order (ECF 55 ) having directed a deadline for remaining expert discovery, which does not seem to be proceeding in accordance with the prescribed schedule given that the parties reported that they remain engaged in follow-up efforts related to an expert disclosure and other expert discovery; and this long-litigated case needing to reach conclusion; and for good cause, it is hereby ORDERED that on or before July 10, 2026, the parties shall submit a joint letter advising the Court what steps must be taken to complete the discovery and dispositive motion stage of this case, and proposing specific deadlines for each of those steps. The parties are also to set forth in their letter a proposal for addressing settlement, either through a mediator or settlement conference with the Court. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Leda D.
