With respect to Signal 88's assertions of privilege, Signal 88 shall revise its redactions and provide an amended privilege log clearly identifying the documents withheld on grounds of privilege, and submit the withheld documents to the Court for in camera review. The parties may provide revised position statements regarding Signal 88's assertion of privilege. Counsel shall email their updated position statements, amended privilege log, and documents for in camera review to nelson@ned.uscourts.gov by September 15, 2026.
Signal 88 shall supplement its discovery responses as discussed during the call by September 18, 2026.
