For good cause shown, the deadline for the parties to notify the undersigned magistrate judge of outstanding discovery disputes, and to provide the documents required to resolve any disputes as outlined in its August 4, 2026, text minute entry 56 , is extended to August 28, 2026.
The deadlines for completing expert disclosures for all experts expected to testify at trial, (both retained experts, (Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2)(B)), and non-retained experts, (Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2)(C)), are extended as follows:
