TEXT ORDER: No later than September 3, 2026, the parties shall email JRA_Orders@njd.uscourts.gov their revised proposed final pretrial order. The parties MUST use the Court's Uniform Final Pretrial Order, available at UniformFinalPretrialOrder. Plaintiff's counsel shall prepare the Final Pretrial Order and shall submit it to all other counsel for approval before submitting it to the Court. In the meantime, the parties shall continue to engage in settlement discussions. A status conference is scheduled for September 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The parties shall be prepared to discuss settlement in detail.
