R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). The court, having considered the parties Stipulation and finding good cause therefor, hereby APPROVES the Stipulation and ORDERS as follows 1. The action is DISMISSED in its entirety with prejudice as to all of Plaintiff's claims asserted against Defendant, with the parties bearing their respective costs, expenses, and fees; and 2. The court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the parties' settlement agreement. (lc)
