EO: The Court reviewed 289 Carl Osaki's Response to OSC of September 4, 2026, which concerns 279 Defendant Sheri J. Tanakas Motion to Compel Further Responses and Production of Documents (Motion).
The Court again DIRECTS Plaintiff's counsel to contact Defendant Sheri J. Tanaka no later than 9/11/2026 to schedule the meeting required by Local Rule 37.1(a). The meeting shall occur no later than 9/17/2026. No later than 9/21/2026, Defendant Tanaka shall file a status report regarding any resolution of the issues raised in the Motion and noting any remaining issues. If all the issues in the Motion have been resolved, Defendant Tanaka shall file a notice withdrawing the Motion no later than 9/21/2026.
