IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Javier Alatorre is withdrawn as counsel of record for Plaintiff Michelle Lille. The Clerk of Court shall terminate Javier Alatorre as counsel of record and remove him from the CM/ECF service list in this action. ORDER that the parties shall file a joint status report with this Court setting forth the progress of the arbitration no later than seven (7) days from the date of this Order; Plaintiff's counsel of record in these proceedings shall timely communicate with Defendant's counsel for preparation of such report. FURTHER ORDERED that at least every ninety (90) days pending the outcome of arbitration of the UIM claim, the parties shall file a joint status report with this Court setting forth the progress of the arbitration; Plaintiff's counsel of record in these proceedings shall timely communicate with Defendants counsel for preparation of such reports.
