Minutes of proceedings [non-document]: On October 2, 2026, Magistrate Judge Reuben J. Sheperd held a telephone status conference to select a mediation date. In attendance were Patrick J. Perotti and Benjamin P. Pfouts on behalf of Plaintiffs; Rachel P. Kaercher, Simon J. Torres, and Wesley E. Stockard on behalf of the United, Swagelok, and Optum Defendants; and Daran P. Kiefer and Shaun D. Byroads for the Kreiner & Peters Defendants. The mediation is set for December 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 11B of the Cleveland federal courthouse. The parties are directed to confirm that date with their clients and inform the court of the same no later than October 5, 2026. Should the parties wish an alternate location, they may do so by motion on the docket. The Magistrate Judge's Courtroom Deputy will contact the parties to schedule a further telephone status conference in four weeks' time and to set ex parte calls. (Court Reporter: N/A.
